How Deal Score works
Transparency, on purposeEvery deal on Daily Deals Detector carries a Deal Score — a single number, out in the open, so you can tell a genuinely good deal from a dressed-up one at a glance. Most deal sites hide their judgement (or don't have one). We lead with ours.
What goes into it (today)
- Discount depth — how much you actually save versus the usual price.
- Editor review — whether a human has checked the deal is real and fairly described.
- Offer quality signals — clarity of terms, coupon reliability, and more over time.
It's deliberately simple and honest right now. We call it an editorial score, and we won't pretend it's more than that.
What's coming
Our next build adds AI-assisted verification and real price history— so a high Deal Score will mean a price is genuinely low against its own past, not just marked down from an inflated "original." When that ships, we'll say so clearly and show the history behind every score.

Honest price history
We don't invent "original" prices. Real history is coming, transparently.
No hype
Plain language, real savings, honest caveats. If a deal isn't great, the score will say so.
