Plain English, no surprises

These terms govern your use of the Daily Deals Detector website and mobile app, operated by Apricus Infotech LLC ("Daily Deals Detector," "we," "us"). By using the site or app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

What Daily Deals Detector is

Daily Deals Detector is a deal-aggregation service: we find, check, and list deals from other stores and merchants, and score them for honesty and value. We are not the seller of any product listed here. When you click through to buy something, you're buying from that store, under that store's own terms, prices, and policies — not ours.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You can delete your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support@dailydealsdetector.com.

Deal accuracy

We work to keep prices, discounts, and coupon codes accurate and up to date, but deals expire, prices change, and stock runs out — often without notice from the merchant. We don't guarantee that any listed price, discount, or code will still be valid when you click through. See How Deal Score works for how we evaluate deals.

Submitting deals

If you submit a deal through the site, you confirm it's accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We review submissions before publishing and may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or spam deal listings.
Attempt to interfere with, scrape at scale, or disrupt the site or app.
Use the site or app for any unlawful purpose.
Circumvent or interfere with our affiliate link tracking.

Affiliate links

Disclaimers

Daily Deals Detector is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the site or app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every deal listed is currently available. We're not responsible for the products, services, prices, or policies of third-party merchants.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Apricus Infotech LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or app, including a deal turning out to be unavailable, mispriced, or different from how it was listed.

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Daily Deals Detector after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
